If you feel your item is faulty please contact us and we will assist you.

Please note we are unable to replace or refund items that have been improperly laundered and Merino Kids products purchased through external stockists, are in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
