Returns Policy

Merino Kids® stands behind the quailty of everything we sell. Our products are designed and produced with the greatest care and attention to detail, so we hope you are delighted with your purchase.

If you are unsatisfied or had a change of mind for any reason, you can return your item(s) in an unworn, unwashed, original condition with your proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving them.

If goods arrived damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within a 365 day period, where possible, we are happy to repair faulty items or replace them.

Sale and end of line products sold at discounted rates cannot be returned or exchanged, unless a genuine manufacturing fault has been identified within a 30 day period.

Where more than one product have been sold in a 'bundle', all items within the purchased bundle are required to be returned.

Please note: Merino Kids products purchased through external stockists, are in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
