What do I do with a faulty garment?


All our products are designed and produced with the greatest care and attention to detail, and we hope that you will be delighted with them.

If you feel your item is faulty please contact us and we will assist you.

Please note we are unable to replace or refund items that have been improperly laundered. Merino Kids products purchased through external stockists, are in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
