Merino Kids™ uses the finest, locally sourced, bleach free merino, nickel free domes and organic combed cotton in all our products.

Our product is designed in New Zealand, the superfine merino top is spun and woven and finished in India in a sweatshop free environment. We are dedicated to sourcing the best environmentally friendly fabric manufacturing and finishing processes, to ensure our fabrics remain a sustainable and biodegradable resource.

Where possible, materials and notions are sourced locally, to reduce carbon miles. We endeavour to ensure finished products are shipped not flown to their distribution point.

Manufacturing Standards

Merino Kids uses a very stringent set of criteria when considering employing any manufacturing partners. We have developed a small number of key partners in New Zealand, Portugal and India.

Ethics are crucial to the operation of Merino Kids as we develop more sustainable business practices. Our business partners must be honest and ethical and, likewise, committed to fair labour practices, so that we can deliver a pure and authentic product to all our customers.
